You know it’s a good sign when a first-quarter “Best of” list already looks like the finished product. And the anime lineup for 2025 is packed with amazing shows.

If you though 2024 was one of the best years in anime history, many of last year’s shows return in 2025 for a second season. I don’t know what kind of special ink these animators use—but the turnaround is unbelievably quick.
